Deposit: A deposit of 1 night is charged at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
Room Rates: All rates quoted are in CDN$ and are based on double occupancy, per room, per night. There will be a $30 charge for each additional guest. Prices do not include GST tax.
Cancellation Policy: 14 days notice is required in the event of a cancellation. You will be refunded your one night deposit less $35 service charge. Less than 14 days notice and you will lose your entire deposit. Reservation dates may be rescheduled with no penalty, if availability allows. This policy applies to all cancellations including those arising at the last minute due to inclement weather, poor road conditions, accidents, illness, etc. We therefore recommend the purchase of trip cancellation insurance. |

Payment: We accept Visa, Master Card, Interac, Travelers Cheques, and Cash. Personal cheques for deposits only.
Early Departure: Should you decide to cut your stay short you will be responsible for the entire stay. If we are able to re-sell the room night(s) you will be credited for the night(s) sold.
Smoking: We are a no smoking building, smoking is restricted to the outside in selected areas.
Pets: We have an ”ask first” pet policy. |
